Package and shippment:
1. DHL/Fedex/UPS for sample, Door to Door service.
2. By Air or Sea for batch goods.
3. FOB, CIF,CFR, according to cuatomer's requirement.
4. Delivery time: 3-7working days for sample. 7-20 working days for bulk order.
Attentions for installation:
1.Cut off the power and make sure the wall can burden the weight of the lamp before install the lamp.
2.Make sure the lamp correctly installed, in case of the lamp’s dropping down.
3.Do not use the lamp in the area with aggressive gas.
4.Do not cover the lamp with anything which is harm for heat dissipation.
5.Be careful and connect the ground line well.
6.Guarantee 3 years.
Warranty policy
1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period,
Weixiang Lighting will provide free/rework new products based on the proof-documents.
2. If Failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or anything other do not follow our instruction,
Weixiang lighting will provide paid maintance within warranty period.
